Gyroblade - Getting Started
You will need:
How long should it take to charge my Gyroblade?
Your Gyroblade will take around 25-35 minutes to charge. You will know when the helicopter is fully charged because green charging light on the controller will go out!
Where can I fly my Gyroblade?
Your Gyroblade is designed to be flown indoors only, so do not fly it outside! The room you are in should have lots of space to fly with no breakable objects.
Try to avoid direct sunlight or other IR (infrared) devices. The IR signal between the controller and the heli will not work well near sunlight so you may lose connection and crash.
It’s also a really small helicopter - it doesn’t take much to knock the little guy off course! Turn off any ceiling fans and stay away from any other air vents.
Follow these tips and you will be an expert pilot in no time!
What do the controller / helicopter lights mean for my Gyroblade?
Here are the different types of lights you may get on your remote control or helicopter and what they mean:
How do I install batteries in my Gyroblade controller?

How far can my Gyroblade fly?
The signal is good for around 20-30 feet. This should be plenty of distance for most indoor areas you will be flying your Gyroblade!
Can I fly more than one Gyroblade at a time?
You can fly 2 Gyroblade helicopters together at any one time; just make sure you have 2 helicopters in 2 separate frequencies – either A, or B. The frequency will be printed on the front of the box in the lower right hand corner, or on the underside of the helicopter.
How long will my Gyroblade fly for?
The average flight time for your Gyroblade Helicopter is around 4-6 minutes on a full charge. The flight time may vary depending on where you’re flying it, the type of batteries you are using, and how much throttle you give the helicopter!

My Gyroblade keeps spinning! What do I do?
If your helicopter is spinning in circles, the first thing you’re going to want to do is check the tail rotor to see if there is any hair or debris caught in that area. Even just one little piece of hair can make your helicopter spin out of control! Carefully remove the tail rotor with your rotor removal tool and take out anything which could get in the way of the tail rotor spinning.
Now try and fly your helicopter. If it’s still spinning, the next step would be to “trim” your helicopter. See that little button on your controller that says "ST-Trim"? This will help you get your helicopter to stop spinning.
Setting the Trim:
Are there replacement parts available for my Gyroblade?
If the tail blade on your Gyroblade has been damaged, the good news is it can be easily replaced with one of the two spare tail rotors included in your Gyroblade’s box. Simply slide the old blade off and replace it with one of the new blades and you’ll be good to fly again!
While other parts may not be replaceable, we would love to see if there is anything we can do for you.
